Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return, we gladly accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 45 days of purchase for a full refund for all qualifying orders.

It will be processed once your return is received and restocked at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange is finalized. Please note, once you receive the refund notification, it may take a few days to appear on your credit card.

Please package the piece carefully in its original box and prevent damaged during shipping. Please keep a record of the returned package tracking number. Benique is not responsible for items lost in transit.

U.S. Demestic Returns

All qualifying U.S. customers enjoy FREE returns. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. However, we encourage you to add tracking and/or insurance to your package. We are not responsible for lost and damaged return packages.
If for any reason you need to return a product, please feel free to email us and request a pre-paid shipping label at support@benique.com.

International Returns

You may use your own carrier and send it back, along with a copy of your invoice, to return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Packages that arrive COD (cash on delivery) may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your refund.
Please include a copy of your order invoice, phone number, and email address.

Refunds

You will receive an email notification from Benique when we receive and process your return. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. Any refund will be automatically issued to the card you used to place the original order.

Exchanges

At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.
